4 years agoI regularly visit Books & Barrels, Laura is really great she will order whatever books you need that they don't already have. Joanna whips up some marvelous mimosas, and is always super nice, and Chad is really chill and a nice guy. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun! I recommend doing your book shopping here, and gathering here with friends to drink and socialize! You will fall in love!

4 years agoI always feel at home when I visit Books & Barrels. Laura, Joanna and Chad are great people and they will help you with anything you need. It is a good place to sit back and enjoy a great selection of wine and other great beverages. And they host a variety of events such as Art night and poetry night! And did I mention they have a wide variety of book selections? If you haven’t already, please stop by and support this small-owned family business! Enjoy a good book and a glass of wine! 🍷📖✨

3 years agoPerfect place for a party!! We hosted a surprise party for over 40 people and it was incredible! The cutest bookstore with board games, plenty of seating, wine/soda/beer bar, and plenty of space! The owners and staff were so sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend!!!

3 years agoI can always count on Books and Barrels having exactly what I didn't know I needed. It is so refreshing to see such a variety of books and representation. I love taking my kids to see what's new in the kids section, and they always find a book that helps their hearts and minds grow in acceptance and love. The environment is lovely as well. Highly recommend!

3 years agoStopped by to check the place out and had a great time, amazing books and really great wine. Staff was very friendly. The atmosphere is amazing, inviting, and comfortable. Kicked my shoes off, sat on the really cool vintage furniture and read my book until I almost nodded off to sleep. Will be back next time I'm in town.

2 years agoWent for a book signing held in the store. The atmosphere is very pleasant and upbeat with lots of couches and spaces for reading. They serve some pretty great wine and are super accommodating. the owner is very nice. Will go back again.

year agoGreat selection of various different book genres! The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful! I don't drink alcohol, so I can't recommend anything on that end! Great small buisness in Longview, I pray they succeed! :)
